Introducing WEVS - Wolfatek's Electronic Voting System

Wolfatek’s Electronic Voting System (WEVS) was developed by Wolfatek to be the most secure internet based Electronic Elections Management System that exists.

The system can electronically facilitate all elections held by Tertiary Educational Institutions.

The WEVS system was tailor made to the way the South African Universities carries out their SRC Elections but it can easily be configured to be used for any other Elections that the University will need to run in the future. Whilst the system was developed for great user friendliness it was also extensively developed to be a fortress of impenetrability and resilience against tampering of ballots and elections results.   

WEVS is ready to be rolled out and is available for evaluation.

Online Nominations Portal

The is a portal that is setup for the online submission of candidates and parties together with their manifestos. Candidates can also use this portal to track their submission progress and results of their submission,

Customisable Admin Portal

Using the Elections Backend Dashboard, Administrators can setup the election with tall of the candidates and portfolios. Configurable options allow for the white-labeling of the Election System to suite your custom requirements.

Great Voter Experience

No native APP installation is required and can be accessed from most smartphones, tablets browsers or computer browser. Only a single 10-character alphanumeric OTP is required to vote. SMS delivery of the OTP is standard.
